Today we celebrated Elin's 1st birthday! She is still a couple weeks shy of turning one. However, we wanted her to have a celebration separate from our other holiday festivities. (It's a tough life sharing your birthday with Christmas.) So today we had Elin's pajama party breakfast birthday! We had yummy food... and my personal favorite - Crockpot Pumpkin Spice Lattes. IEven though she was a little clueless about what was going on, Elin had a great time. As soon as we get the video uploaded, I will share her first encounter with cake. She was so funny in her relentless effort to eat EVERY crumb on her high chair tray. Oh what a difference a year makes! I can't believe how fast it has flown by.
