Yeah, so this post is about a month late. But it does seem appropriate since it is more Christmas related than anything else, and it's now December! Last month we went to the North Pole! (... in Manitou Springs, Colorado) Besides the weather being FREEZING in the morning, it was a perfect place to take our kiddos aged 2-7. It is a small amusement park where the rides are geared towards younger kids. (Or, ahem, the older parents that get completely freaked out while on the ferris wheel. We'll pretend that wasn't me.) The best part was that most of our kids aren't really into Santa Claus (yet), so we were able to skip the line to sit in his lap.
